Edwards wins Taylor

Subiaco’s Tim Edwards claimed the Taylor medal for the colts best and fairest after and outstanding 2014 season.
Edwards amounted 105 votes to edge out fellow midfielder Greg Clark in the vote tally who finished on 90.
The 18 year old was discovered playing for the Carine junior football club and has flourished into a hard-working midfielder for Subiaco.
Edwards gathered 366 possessions over 20 games in 2014 proving one of the most consistent footballers in Subiaco’s program. A brilliant season from Edwards was also emphasized by his selection into the WAFL colts team of the year.
Max Walters finished third on 74 votes after averaging 19 disposals a game and providing his usual class whilst gritty mid Connor Wilkinson rounded out the place-getters on 50 votes.
16-year-old defender Jack Beverley rounded out the top five with 45 votes after an outstanding debut season in the colts program.
An honourable mention goes to the colts leading goal-kicker Jeremy Woodley who kicked 33 goals on the season and Jak Cary who claimed the Newton Screaigh Memorial Award.
