- Thursday, 16 June 2016
The Sharks jumped the Lions by 80 points in Round Eight and now the 2016 Premiership contenders are set to write the next chapter.

East Fremantle have won five of their last six with the only loss coming against Peel. The Moss St men are arguably the in-form team of the competition at the moment.
BIG MAN SHEPHEARD
Subi forward Hamish Shepheard leads the league in goals after 11 games of football. Shepheard has been a valuable pick-up kicking 26 goals as the Lions key forward.Big Shep will be looking for a bigger impact against the Sharks this time after being held goal-less when the sides’ first met.
The Lions got good news during the week with senior players Ryan Wade and Matt Pannizza cleared for action. Wade and Pannizza have fully recovered from long-term injuries suffered in 2015 and the club is delighted to have them back on the track.
