GAME CHANGERS

TOP FOUR BATTLE

Subiaco who are top of the ladder yet to lose a game this year are facing the Swan Districts who are fourth on the ladder with five wins and four loses. Earlier in the year the two teams met in a top of a ladder clash which led to Subiaco taking the win.

SUBIACO AT THE CONTEST

Subiaco are the best contested ball team in the WAFL, averaging 167 contested possessions per game. The inclusion of Josh Deluca and Zac Clarke in 2018 has been one of the important reasons behind the ongoing improvement towards Subiaco’s contested ball wins.

THIRD QUARTER DOMINANCE

In the third quarter Subiaco average 31 points while Swans are averaging 23 points. Subiaco also averages a miserly 10 points against, having won all nine third quarters played so far in 2018.

EARLIER TOP THREE BATTLE

As was the case earlier in 2018, Subiaco will face another tough early test with the third place Lion Colts taking on the top placed Swans colts. These two teams played in a top of the table clash earlier in the year, which was won by Subiaco.
