Subiaco Ramp Up Pre-Season

Subiaco's 2019 pre-season has continued to ramp up with an eye towards Round One in just 10 weeks time, with last weekend representing the Subiaco camp and resilience training session. 

 

The Subiaco senior squad were forced through a gruelling set of drills, designed to improve their communication within the team, resilience as a team and continue to work bonding a team that is looking to repeat as premiers in 2019.

SubiTV was on hand to watch the boys go through this tough session and put together the below video giving fans a snapshot into the intensity of a Subiaco pre-season.
