Wills Wins Jack Clarke

Subiaco Colts midfielder Riley Wills has been named the joint 2023 Jack Clarke Medallist for fairest and best in the competition.

He shares the award with Perth’s Coen Livingstone, after the duo finished on the same number of votes.

Ali Honoured in WA Football HOF

At the 2023 Sandover Medal, Allistair Pickett will be inducted into the WA Football Hall of Fame.

It marks the latest achievement for the remarkable story of the boy from Gnowangerup.

Pickett was one of the stars of the Football club in the early 2000s, playing 177 of his 205 WAFL games for the Lions.

Colts: Lions continue on following Elimination Final win

Subiaco are through to the semi finals, after they knocked off West Perth by 37 points at Leederville Oval on Saturday September 2.

After a close first half, the Lions took control in the second, outscoring their opponents by 47 points.

Reserves: Lions loss sets up do or die clash with Sharks

Subiaco will need to win to stay alive in the reserves competition, following their Qualifying Final loss to Swan Districts.

The Swans got their noses in front early, leaving the Lions playing catch up for the remainder of the game.
