Golds September Function
Good attendance – great atmosphere and enjoyable involvement by members throughout the evening.
Guest speaker Darren Rumble presented his colourful football history including his playing days (229 club games), interstate AFL involvement and his current role as League coaching assistant (defence role).
Guest players Greg Clark, Drew Rohde and Jordan Lockyer added interest to proceedings with aspects relating to our League team standing (Minor Premiers) and current form fluctuations in recent games.
Golds Best Player rounds awards were presented to Greg Clark (3) and Leigh Kitchin was announced as the final round winner.
A popular BBQ featured dinner was provided by our Mick Bailey in house catering group.
As usual fines master Angelo Porcaro was in fine form.
