I have over 15 years of experience on WAFL boards and in the not-for-profit sector, including as the Community Director for Subiaco FC, President of Mens Talk, a mental health charity, and as the AFL advisor for Women in Sport WA. As a dedicated community specialist, I’ve focused my career on strengthening community bonds and advocating for their well-being. Currently, I’m the Community Engagement Manager at Ronald McDonald House, where I prioritize building relationships with McDonald's licensees, high-net-worth donors, and enhancing our Regional Engagement Strategy. Nikki Bower
Nikki joined Subiaco Football Club in 2024 as a Director, focusing on the partnerships and commercial portfolio. However, her connection to football extends beyond this current role having spent many years of both her professional and personal life immersed in the game.
With over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in communications, corporate and community partnerships, stakeholder and employee engagement, and event management, Nikki has a diverse professional background. Her career spans non-profits, a notable tenure at the WA Football Commission, FMCG, and currently the corporate sector, equipping her with a wealth of transferable knowledge and a genuine passion for the game.
