Schofield Committed to Subiaco for 2018
The Subiaco Football Club is delighted to announce that league coach Jarrad Schofield will honour the final year of his current contract and coach Subiaco in 2018.
Schofield had fielded extensive interest from a number of AFL clubs about coaching opportunities in 2018, however has now re-committed to the final year of his current agreement with Subiaco.
The confirmed commitment of Schofield joins with the majority of the senior squad and leadership group committing to Subiaco for 2018.
These commitments ensure that Subiaco will experience a strong degree of continuity heading towards the 2018 season as Subiaco look to again be the benchmark WAFL club.
Subiaco led by Schofield enjoyed a strong 2017 season with the league team claiming the minor premiership, winning a season record 19 games, the D-League winning the WAFL Reserves premiership and the club winning the Rodriguez Shield.
In his five years as coach of Subiaco, Schofield boasts a winning percentage of over 70% and has coached Subiaco to the last four WAFL Grand Finals for two WAFL premierships
