Game Day Information Round Four QBE Day

Subiaco will take on rivals Claremont in a blockbuster Thursday night game, as for one week only the weekend starts on Thursday night!

 

Subiaco will also be honouring their 34 year partnership with QBE as they again don the Cyan Jumper a joint production of the Subiaco Football Club and Principal Partner QBE.

The action will continue on Friday night as the Subiaco Reserves and Women’s team will battle while upstairs Subiaco will be honouring their Life Members with Life Members night.

Getting There:                                       

There are three main entrance gates into Leederville Oval, one off Vincent Street, one off Oxford Street and one in close proximity to Richmond Street near the Loftus Recreation Centre.

 

Nearest train station is Leederville train station, on the Joondalup Line. Leederville Oval is a short 8 minute walk from Leederville train station. Trains depart every 15 minutes in both directions on game day.

 

Nearest bus stop is 12694 situated closest to the Richmond Street entrance with bus number 402, 403 and 404 stopping here. Bus stop 12676 stops on Oxford Street closest to the Vincent Street and Oxford Street entrances with bus number 15 stopping here.

  

Parking is available at the Loftus Recreation Centre, street parking on Richmond Street and various car parks throughout Leederville.

 

Members with parking can enter via Oxford Street and park in the S.I.D.E carpark or in ground depending on your pass.

 

Tickets

On Game Day tickets can be purchased from any of the three gates located off Vincent Street, Oxford Street and Richmond Street.  Adult Tickets $15. Concession Tickets $12. Under 16s Free.

 

The Weekend Starts on Thursday Night!

Leederville Oval is set to come alive to embrace Thursday Night Football. The music will be playing early until late and the action on field is set to be heated as the Lions and Tigers meet. Join the party and start your weekend on Thursday Night at Leederville Oval.

 

QBE Day

Subiaco will once again be wearing their Cyan jumper as they honour Principal Partner QBE. One lucky match attendee will win a signed Subiaco Cyan Jumper simply by being at Leederville and supporting Subiaco on Thursday night.

Winning has never been easier, simply be at Leederville Oval on Thursday Night! Courtesy of the WAFC and Burley key rings will be distributed to match attendees from 6pm on Thursday night as part of the QBE Pre-Match. Plus you could win a Subiaco Cyan Jumper on Thursday Night! Kids can win in the Half Time Maroon & Gold Box Challenge!

 

QBE Half Time

The Maroon & Gold Boxes will be back in front of the Subiaco Members area on Thursday night as children can win themselves a prize or a new footy simply by kicking a ball into the Maroon & Gold Box. Keep an eye in front of the Subiaco Members for all the fun and activities at half time.

 

QBE Cyan Jumper Prize

Simply spend $10 or more in the Subiaco Bar or at Topolini’s TOGO on Thursday night and you will get a ticket in the draw to win a signed 2018 Subiaco/QBE Cyan jumper. Winner will be drawn and announced at three quarter time.

 

Family Friendly Fun

WAFL Football remains a family friendly environment. All attendees are welcome to come onto the field during the quarter breaks. Please keep a distance from team huddles and leave the ground at the sound of the two sirens.

 

Topolini’s TO-GO

Get hamburgers, footy chips, continental rolls and all your food favourites by visiting Topolini’s TO-GO, located upstairs in the alfresco area alongside the Subiaco bar.

 

Bar Areas

Subiaco Bar will be open from 4.00pm on both Thursday and Friday night and is open to all match attendees. The bar will remain open until 11.00pm after the game on Thursday and is the perfect place to enjoy the action.

Bar Specials

Happy Hour will be between 5pm and 6pm where you can purchase a pint of Carlton Mid for just $6 with a second Happy Hour to take place between 10pm and 11pm following the game.

 

Team Store

The Subiaco Team Store will open at 5.00pm located on the ground floor of the Subiaco building.
