Community the Key as City Of Vincent Partner for next Subiaco Home Game
Subiaco’s next home game against Swan Districts on Saturday August 4th is being proudly supported by Event Major Partner, the City of Vincent.
This will mark the second year in a row that the City of Vincent have supported a Subiaco home game.
In 2017, Subiaco were delighted to assist with the City of Vincent project Imagine Vincent, with the Imagine Vincent match.
In 2018, next week’s game will be a key event with the City of Vincent set to launch their Strategic Community Plan, with Leederville Oval and the surrounding precinct a key part of the ongoing community plan associated with the area.
Subiaco has always maintained strong links to its community, both in its metropolitan district as well as its regional centres in and around Kalgoorlie and Esperance.
Since moving to Leederville 15 years ago, Subiaco has enjoyed an unprecedented run of on-field success and has embraced the local community within the City of Vincent.
The club remains committed to Leederville and events such as this one, partnering with the City of Vincent are crucial in further embedding the Subiaco Football Club with the sporting and cultural fabric of the local community.
To support this match day, a “Free Family Pass” will be available to local residents in next week’s edition of the Community News while fans can also visit both the Subiaco Football Club or City Of Vincent to collect a “Free Family Pass” to enjoy next week’s WAFL action.
The President’s Function will be attended by City of Vincent members including Mayor Emma Cole who will give further information towards the Strategic Community Plan.
Around the ground a host of activities will be available for the whole family, with WAFL football and Subiaco embracing a family friendly environment.
The City of Vincent will also have a stall set up alongside the Subiaco members grandstand with local residents encouraged to engage with the happenings of their community.
Free Family Pass for the Subiaco V Swan Districts game are now available from the Subiaco Football Club and City of Vincent administration offices.
