Golds 2020 AGM

The Golds AGM was held this week with a combined attendance of 40 (including the Ladies Forum). All aspects of last years operations rated highly and reached our expectations.

This year’s committee was endorsed as follows –

The guest speaker at our dinner meeting was Club President Mark Lawrence, who explained to members the clubs off field operations planned for this year, the challenges relating to several aspects of our financial structure and gave strong indications of team successes for the forthcoming season briefly touching on retained players and recruits.

Members will have the opportunity to have a current update of our football structure from next month’s guest speaker – Club Coach Beau Wardman.

A Life Members award was presented to Basil Fuller, an original Golds Member (1972) who has supported our group over these years and remains an active member.

Golds objectives were highlighted by President Ross Lockhart to assist the Subiaco Football Club

• Fundraising for players amenities
• Monthly and Annual player awards
• Promotion of football – junior clubs and country regions
• Social and cultural activities within our association
