Supporting AE Hoskins during COVID-19

Current events regarding COVID-19 are unprecedented for our community, for the WAFL and the greater football community.

This is a very difficult time for everyone and it’s safe to say that this is one of the biggest challenge’s the football industry has faced in the modern era.  

In this segment, we talk with Subiaco Football Club sponsors and discuss how each business has been affected by Coronavirus, and how Subi fans and members can support them during these times.

This morning, we caught up with Shannon Kennedy, Marketing Coordinator of AE Hoskins Building Services.
 

How long have you been a sponsor of Subiaco Football Club?

We are very proud to say this year was our 10th year of sponsorship for the Subiaco Colts. 

How is your company coping with the COVID-19 Crisis?

Our Management along side our Work Health & Safety Advisor have ensured that our office premises, AE Hoskins Projects sites & AE Hoskins Maintenance jobs are adhering to all Government / Client requirements to prevent the spread on Covid-19.

Are you still working and open for business?

We are beyond grateful that we are able to say yes, we are still working, business as usual. 

Have you to make any tough calls during this crisis?

We have been very fortunate that the majority of our contracts are classified as Essential Works. Whilst some areas of our business have slowed up others have increased in demand. We understand that there are a lot of businesses out there that aren’t in as fortunate of a position, so we are so grateful that we can proudly say we have not had to let any of our staff go due to this pandemic.
