Subi's Fixture Throwback: 1986 WAFL Grand Final v East Fremantle

Subi will continue its trip down memory lane as we feature our sixth episode in the Fixture Throwback series.

With no live WAFL football from Leederville Oval and throughout the competition, we will share/broadcast matches from years gone by; featuring the teams that were initially set to do battle in the18 rounds of competition during the 2020 Optus WAFL Premiership Season. 

Today, we replay the 1986 WAFL Grand Final against East Fremantle where Subiaco crushed a powerful East Fremantle side to complete a rags-to-riches story over three seasons under Haydn Bunton, Jr., going from one win in 1982 and four in 1983 to premiers.
