Quest Apartment Hotels Volunteer of the Week - Round One WINNER

Subiaco Football Club recognises that volunteers are a vitally important part of our sport and we launched the ‘Quest Apartment Hotels Volunteer of the Week’ Program, to promote and rewards the many hard-working volunteers at the Subiaco Football Club and Junior Clubs within the Subiaco District.

This week's Volunteer of the Week and winner of a nights accommodation at Quest on Rheola is RON TESTER.

Ron Tester was the Presidents Trophy winner at the 2017 Outridge Medal Awards night, inducted as a Die Hard in 2000 and is a true club legend.

After more than a decade of service in junior football, Ron became the Little League Manager in 1979-1987. He then served as Manager of the Colts from 1988-1996 before a promotion to League Team Manager in 1997 and remains in that role today. 

For those who don't know Ron, you will ALWAYS see Ron around the interchange area on game days.

We can’t find more of a deserving person than Ron Tester to win the first Volunteer of the Week award.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Both Volunteer and Nominee must be aligned to the Subiaco Football Club or Junior Club in the Subiaco District.
2. The nomination must be given approval by a Club Committee member.

The winning volunteer will be awarded a FREE nights accommodation at a Quest Apartment Hotel and must be present at the relevant Subiaco home game at Leederville Oval to claim their prize.

Winners will be selected the Thursday prior to a Subiaco home game and winners will be announced at quarter time and via the Subiaco Football Club website and social media the Thursday prior to the game.
