RESERVES

Subiaco are back on track in the reserves, taking a 36-point win over Swan Districts at Leederville Oval on Sunday May 22.

The Lions looked in control early, with Lewis Putt kicking the first goal of the match seven minutes into the game.

They kept the Swans to just three points at quarter time, giving Subiaco a 12-point lead.

Unfortunately for the Lions, their accuracy in front of goal robbed them of the chance to put away the game early, keeping Swan Districts within touching distance at 11 points with one quarter to play.

However, Subiaco piled on the pain in the last term, kicking five goals to one for the 9.12 (66) to 4.6 (30) victory.

Ben Golding was prolific with 34 disposals, eight marks and two goals, while Jaxon McGowan continued his strong season with 18 touches.
