NOTICE FOR 2022 AGM & ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
Members are advised that the 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 8th December 2022, commencing at 6pm at the Subiaco Football Club.
In accordance with the Club Constitution, nominations are hereby called for the following:
President – 2 year term (one position)
The retiring person is
• Mark Lawrence – eligible for re-election
Directors - 2-year term (three positions)
The retiring persons are:
• Dwayne Lamb - eligible for re-election
• Garry Addison – eligible for re-election
• Kristi Annear- eligible for re-election
Nominees must be a current financial member must be on the approved form, signed by two members eligible to vote as proposer and seconder, and signed in acceptance by the nominee.
All nominations are to be received by the Chief Executive Officer, Peter Capes by noon on Monday 31st October 2022.
