Vale Ted Wishart

The Subiaco Football Club is saddened to learn of the passing last week of Life Member and Lions stalwart Ted Wishart.

Ted was a lifelong supporter of the club and filled the role of club historian for many years as a key member of the SFC History and Heritage Committee that reported directly to the Board.  

Ted was also on the committees that selected the inaugural Century of Diehards in 2000 and then the SFC Team of the Century announced in 2008 in conjunction with Subiaco Oval’s official centenary celebrations.

Undoubtably one of the most respected students of the game within Subiaco Football Clubs ranks, Ted will be sadly missed.
