WAFLW Round Five v Swan Districts

This Sunday afternoon will see Subiaco face the undefeated Swan Districts in what will be a tough contest away at Steele Blue Oval, with bouncedown at 5pm. Swan Districts have been in top form the last couple of weeks, highlighted by the 28 point win against last years Premiers Peel Thunder in round 3 of the WAFLW Season.

Subiaco came head-to-head with second placed Claremont at Leederville on a fine Saturday evening, in a tight first half before the Tigers ran away with it in the third quarter recording a 20 point win 4.2 (26) to 7.4 (46).

The Ladies Forum amalgamates with The Golds

The Subiaco Ladies Forum was established in 1983 for female members to socialise and enjoy what the club had to offer together.  Initial membership was over 40 members and meetings were held monthly at the club rooms in Subiaco.  When Subiaco moved to Leederville in 2004, meetings continued to be held monthly.  Home game highlights were afternoon teas, which later transformed into wine and cheese for a small donation.  Annual highlights were bus Read More [+]

WAFLW Round 4 v Claremont Match Preview

This Saturday will see Subiaco face second placed Claremont in a bid to counteract last week’s disappointing performance against East Fremantle. A loss this week could possibly see the Lions drop to bottom of the ladder, which isn’t the start the 2020 Grand finalist wanted.
