Subiaco fans are hoping it will be third time lucky after the past two Grand Finals have ended in defeat to a Fremantle Docker laden Peel Thunder.

Subiaco midfielders Daniel Leach and Liam Hickmott were each recognised for outstanding 2018 seasons by winning the Prendergast Medal and Jack Clarke Medal respectively.
Each Leach and Hickmott were on hand at the 2018 Sandover Medal night where they were announced as winners and received their respective awards.

Subiaco Reserves will play in their second straight WAFL Grand Final after overcoming Claremont in the 2018 WAFL Preliminary Final.
After conceding the first goal of the game, Subiaco kicked the next four goals in the first quarter and led the remainder of the way in a hard fought and convincing 42 point win.
