Subiaco were left stunned by the Royals in the reserves, with a heartbreaking three-point loss at Leederville Oval on Saturday.

A remarkable point from Max Walters has ensured Subiaco head into the bye with a win, defeating East Perth in a one-point thriller at Leederville Oval on Saturday May 7.

The battle of the Leederville co-tenants always has high tensions, with this weekend to be no exception.

The West Australian Football Commission is delighted to reveal the State 16’s Academy squad for 2022.
Six Subiaco players have been named ahead of this year’s U16’s AFL National Championships and the WAFC and Club congratulates the clubs and schools who’ve helped players earn selection.

Subiaco key forward Jack Mayo was looking forward to getting a full season under his belt this year after coming back from a knee injury in 2021.
He had been working hard in the off-season to get his body right for the upcoming campaign, and had been solid during pre-season training.
However, after an incident in an intra club match, Mayo has begun the rehab process for his knee, after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament.

Subiaco were overrun in the contest by West Perth, taking a 22 point loss under lights at Leederville Oval on Saturday April 30.

Subiaco has bounced back from their loss last week to take an emphatic 47-point victory over South Fremantle at Leederville Oval on Saturday April 30.
The Lions captured the lead early and looked to control the game, with multiple goals kicked in a row at different periods of the game.
The day belonged to Maggie MacLachlan who thrived in a new role up forward, kicking four goals to go along with 21 disposals.

Subiaco were unable to overcome a fast start from West Perth, going down by 31 points at Leederville Oval on Saturday April 30.
The Falcons put on an uninterrupted seven-goal run during the first half, and it proved to be a bridge too far for the Lions.
