Under the guidance of senior coach Jarrad Schofield and colts coach Beau Wardman, supported by football manager Daniel Vidovich and talent manager Michael Farmer, the transition program is a crucial part of maintaining a strong club culture at Subiaco.

Subiaco overcame a sluggish first half before a solid second half which saw the Lions kick eight goals to one, which was good enough to overcome Swans at a wet Leederville Oval.
It was a day where the Lions both had and gave goalless quarters, had a season high in tackles and had weight of uncontested ball.

It was a clean sweep Saturday for Subiaco, as both the Reserves and Colts recorded hard fought wins across a soggy day.
In low scoring games, the Colts were outstanding defensively recording a 38 point win and the Reserves had a big final quarter recording a 17 point win.

For the third time in four games, Subiaco conceded less that 30 points, with Swans resigned to their lowest ever score against Subiaco.
