Wil Hickmott Appointed Club Commercial Manager

Subiaco Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Wil Hickmott as the Club’s new Manager – Commercial, Marketing and Operations.

In this role, Wil will oversee Subiaco’s commercial partnerships and lead business development initiatives, playing a key role in strengthening the Club’s commercial footprint and long-term sustainability.

Wil brings a strong passion for creating campaigns and experiences that connect people, drive growth, and deliver meaningful impact. His professional background spans program management, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation, where he has led initiatives that have doubled participation rates, enhanced brand visibility, and fostered strong, values-driven partnerships.

A familiar face at Subiaco, Wil has been part of the Lions since 2016, beginning at Colts level and progressing to become a consistent and respected member of the League side. His understanding of the Club’s culture and values positions him uniquely to succeed in this role.
