Our Function Centre offers a versatile setting, accommodating up to 400 guests for cocktail-style events or 220 guests for seated functions. The space is fully equipped with modern audiovisual facilities, making it ideal for professional presentations, conferences, award events, trivia nights and everything in between.

Additional spaces throughout the venue provide further flexibility and unique event options. These include a private boardroom for meetings and a private deck. All available to be booked for truly memorable occasions.

Drinks

We are a fully licensed venue offering an extensive and carefully curated selection of beverages, including tap and packaged beers, locally sourced wines, and handcrafted cocktails. You are welcome to run a bar tab, allowing your guests to order from our diverse à la carte menu. Alternatively, should you prefer a beverage package, a package must be selected for each guest, with the choice of either an alcoholic or non-alcoholic option. Our experienced team will work closely with you to create the perfect drinks solution, tailored to your event and designed to enhance your guests’ overall experience.

Whether you are planning a dining experience, a professional business lunch, or a relaxed cocktail-style event, Subiaco Football Club offers a diverse range of menu options to suit every occasion. Choose from canapé-style selections, buffet options, or thoughtfully curated set menus, available across a variety of price points. All food and beverage are proudly delivered by the experienced Leederville Precinct team, ensuring a professional, high-quality dining experience for you and your guests.

    We’re now partnering with our neighbours at The Leederville Precinct (The Garden, Servo, The Leederville Hotel) to cater all of our functions and events! Their experienced chefs can design the perfect menu for you event, from cocktails and canapés, to set menu banquets.

    With a large screen, televisions, and microphones, our functions centre has everything you need for a successful event. Fees apply for this service.
  • Photo Booth

    Photo Booth

    Bring extra fun to your event with a photo booth, featuring props and instant photo keepsakes. Our functions team can assist in finding the right photo booth for your occasion, with a pre-event orientation to ensure everything is ready for your guests. Additional fees apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the venue accessible for people in wheelchairs?

Yes the main Function Area is up a flight of stairs which is also accessible via an elevator in the foyer. There is a disabled toilet in the function centre. Please notify staff if a high volume of patrons will require the elevator. There are a small number of disabled car parks onsite that require an ACROD pass to access.

Does the venue have access to parking?

Access to parking close to the venue during work hours is often limited. School Holidays and after hours events are better for events that required significant car parks. There is also access to parking at the Loftus Centre which is a 200m walk from the venue.

Do you have partnerships with local Leederville businesses that can support our function?

Yes, we have partnerships with a number of cool local businesses including cafes, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs etc and can always ask them to help support your event.

Can we supply our own alcohol?

The venue is fully licensed which means you are unable to bring your own alcohol into the venue. Whilst we have some agreements with suppliers inlace, we are happy to chat around any particular drinks you wish to consume.

Can we supply our own food?

Under certain circumstances, we do allow customers to bring their own catering. In some instances we do charge $300 plus gst which covers the costs of storage, rubbish removal and additional cleaning.

Can we supply our own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue as you wish provided no permanent damage is done and the venue is returned as it was found. Restoration costs may be deducted from the function bond.

Can we use the Football Oval?

The oval can be book for a unique experience. Please chat to staff as we will need to work around oval maintenance staff for any requests.

The function centre is located inside the Subiaco Football Club building which is based at Sullivan Logistics Stadium, in Leederville.Enter via Vincent Street and drive straight for 150m to find the venue on your right.
