The Club are saddened to learn of the passing this week of our oldest supporter Les Wearne.  Son Peter rang the CEO Peter Capes this week with the news that Les had passed after turning 105 recently.  Apparently not long ago, Les was still talking about his last live Lion’s game he was able to attend - the 2018 undefeated premiership win at Optus Stadium!

SFC's Dominant Start to Wheelchair Football

The Subiaco Wheelchair Football Team has had a dominant start to their season. 

The 2024 WA Wheelchair Football League season started on Sun 29th September and saw Subiaco beat Swan Districts 14.9 (93) to 3.4 (22). Their second game on Sunday 6th was much closer only beating West Coast by 3 points - 10.9 (69) 11.6 (72).

To make it three wins in a row, the Lions must beat East Perth this Sunday 13th October. Read More [+]

Savigni Wins 2024 Outridge Medal

On Friday 4th Subiaco FC held the 2024 Outridge Medal Night to celebrate the Reserves and League season. Players, partners, family, staff and special guests came looking their sharpest to find out who was this season's Best and Fairest.

Subi's Season Comes to an End

Subiaco’s 2024 season officially ended on Sunday, with losses in both the Colts and Reserves Preliminary Finals at Steel Blue Oval.

The Colts first took on Swan Districts in a tightly contested match, eventually losing by 13 points. The game saw 8 changes in lead, with the margin never surpassing 14 points and total possession split 46%/54% in the Swans favour.
