Subiaco clashed with reigning premiers East Fremantle at New Choice Homes Park on Sunday afternoon to win by 21 points to keep the team undefeated after two games.

In what was the first game of the 2020 Optus WAFL Premiership home-and-away Season and Subiaco defender Jordan Lockyer's 100th WAFL game, it, unfortunately, was not the result the Lions were after in wet conditions at Leederville Oval against Claremont. 

The clash with Claremont ended in a 20-point loss to Subiaco; recording their second loss since the 2017 WAFL Grand Final.

Subiaco defender to hit 100 game milestone

This weekend’s game v Claremont will be Jordan Lockyer’s 100th WAFL game since debuting for West Perth FC in Round 21 2011 against East Fremantle. In the same year, Jordan was drafted by the Sydney Swans with pick number #43.
