VTPG Joins the Lion’s Family

The Club is delighted to welcome its newest partner, VTPG – who joins the Club as a Gold Sponsor for the next two seasons.

Established in 2019, VT Plumbing Group is a Malaga based plumbing business that has been kicking goals with their commercial plumbing and building maintenance services growing to a football sized squad of 43. They have experience with projects such as Yagan Square, The Beaufort & The Lodge Wadjamup.

Making this partnership even more special, VTPG Co-Founder Steven Tompsett is related to our 2024 Outridge Medal winner Galen Savigni.

“Our business was looking for a local community group to support and the fact Galen was doing so well at Subi had a little bit to do with partnering with the Lions” he said. “ We also know Subiaco has a strong presence through the northern districts where our maintenance team operates.”

Fellow Co-Founder Jake Veaudry was excited to be a part of the Club and was looking forward to watching some quality football up close – “Our team is really looking forward to coming to a few games and getting behind the team next year and also becoming a part of the Lions community” he said.

The VTPG team (pictured) was onsite this week for a tour of the venue, photoshoot, to quote a few plumbing jobs and were joined by Savigni, who was wearing a moon boot. “Unfortunately, I sustained a foot injury in the last match of the year which required an operation, and it will be a few months before I can run” he said. “It was a nice surprise to hear Steven and his team will be onboard for next year – I’ll look forward to celebrating a few wins with the boys”.
