The Lions rode the wave of momentum, winning by 10 points against the Bulldogs in a tight contest at Fremantle Community Bank Oval.

South Fremantle got off to an early lead, but the Lions held strong, to lead by 13 at the first change.

A lacklustre performance saw Subiaco fall to South Fremantle by 88 points at Fremantle Community Bank Oval on Saturday, August 20.
