Vale Gerry Stokes

The Subiaco Football Club is saddened to hear of the passing of long serving administrator Gerry Stokes earlier this week and passes on our commiserations to his wife Gail and children Nyree and Mark and the extended family.

After joining the club in 1959 and playing two League games in 1963, Gerry was a Director from 1977 to 1992 and served as Vice President from 1984 to 1990. He was elected as a Life Member in 1984 and became a Diehard in 2001.

Funeral arrangements will be published in Saturday’s West Australian.
