CEO’s Message to Members

Dear Members,

With a break in the fixtures and now 7 months into the role as Chief Executive Officer, I thought it was important to connect and share some of my thoughts, observations and aspirations for where we’re heading as a club and how we continue to build on the strong foundation we’ve created together.

• When we talk about “the Subiaco family,” for us it’s not a slogan — it’s the reality of how we operate, support each other, and show up for one another.
• Community is our competitive advantage. It’s what sets us apart and keeps our club strong.

• Loyalty is at the heart of Subiaco — loyalty to our colours, to our culture, and to each other.
• We acknowledge and honour those who have stayed the course, through highs and lows. This loyalty builds the foundation for long-term success.
• To the sponsors and members who continue to stand with us: your trust fuels everything we do.
• For our playing group: loyalty is not just about wearing the jumper — it’s about representing it with integrity, effort, and pride.

• We honour the generations who built this club — they set standards we strive to uphold and we are proud of our achievements.
• Our premierships, our champions and our traditions remind us what we are capable of when we are united in purpose.

• Success for 2026 looks positive:
