Subiaco Football Club is on the hunt for an energetic, people‑focused Talent & Community Pathways Lead who’s ready to help drive the next era of Lions football.

The experience you will have:
- Talent identification & development expertise – ability to spot emerging players, understand pathway structures, and support growth at all levels.
- Strong community engagement skills – confident working with schools, junior clubs, families, and local partners to build meaningful relationships.
- Program design & delivery – experience creating, coordinating, and evaluating development programs, clinics, and community initiatives.
- Communication & presentation skills – comfortable speaking to groups, running workshops, and representing the club in public settings.
- Stakeholder management – able to collaborate with coaches, volunteers, administrators, pathway staff, and community organisations.
- Organisational & planning capability – able to manage multiple programs, events, and timelines with professionalism and attention to detail.
